How will my goods be sent?
All goods are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special delivery (expensive items weight maximum 2kg) or via TNT (weight over 2 kg)
How soon after payment will my item be sent?
We aim to despatch goods within 1-2 working days of receipt of payment, unless if delivery waiting time is specified on item.

Do you have technical support for your products?
We are not trained technicians, but we can try and offer some advice so feel free to email us. Most of our suppliers do have technical support available on their websites.
Returns Policy
Non-defective product(s)
Should you change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately. We will cancel your order as your request. However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping (including the original shipping, handling and return postage), and 10% restocking fee will be charged. To return the product(s), you can refuse to accept the product(s)
Should you open the package, but do not want to accept the received product(s). Just send it back, please. No questions asked, money back guaranteed, 10% restocking fee will be charged.

We try our best to make you get desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive wrong products due to our shipping error, please contact our customer service department for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after receiving the return products
Defective product(s)
All our products have full 1 year manufacturer warranty (30 days on batteries). Defective products may be replaced immediately during 3 month since purchase or be repared at the factory within 1 year from the date of purchase. If you have problems getting products to work properly, please contact our customer service department first to resolve your problem.
If the products are over the warranty period or misused, unfortunately we cannot give a replacement. The original shipping, handling and return postage will not be refunded.
